Very friendly and cosy atmosphere, thanks to the couple managing the hotel.They gave us very useful tips on what to do in Volterra and in the wider region. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the old town and only a few steps away from the nicest restaurants and gelaterias. Furthermore the hotel is situated very close to the safe underground parking garage and the bus stop. Last but not least: the breakfast buffet is excellent!

Family owned and we met some of them and they are wonderful people. Very lovely family who genuinely care and get to know their guests even for a short stay. Beds are great, rooms are spacious and clean, location is a great proximity to Volterra. The restaurant is quaint and makes fantastic handmade pasta. Overall 10/10! Would repeat!!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. Beautiful villa, very comfortable room and amenities. It has a restaurant in the first floor that locals go to for a nice dinner. All staff was very helpful, food at the restaurant was delicious. Also, excellent breakfast included.
