Service was excellent! 10+. Personalized, friendly, warm. Could not have asked for more from the caring and skilled staff, waiters, bartender. The property is absolutely lovely, set on a hill with the most beautiful views of Positano (no exaggeration)! It was exceptionally clean outdoors and indoors, and our suite with large terrace was very spacious, private, quiet, and modern. It is a small villa but is fully complete with amenities and services. My son brought his drone and took great photos from above.

Giovanni (hotel owner) is the heart of this hotel and plays a huge part in the amazing experience you have here! Another plus is the regular free shuttle that he offers to take you into the Positano centre as the hotel is a 5 min drive from the centre. Hotel also offers Vespa rentals and restaurant bookings where they take you to and from partnered restaurants. The hospitality and warmth of the staff was incredible, it’s enough to make you want to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful and spacious, with a stunning sea view that we never got tired of. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay in Positano very much. I would suggest not staying there in August. This summer was very hot and combined with so many tourists, it was overwhelming at times. A person needs to be in fairly good shape to navigate the hills and stairs of the city.

Picturesque town, but realize that unless staying right in town center, sooner or later you will have to face lot of steps up /downhill. Taxi drivers have colluded to charge exorbitant flat fees for even the shortest drive. The port is not protected from rough seas, so in case of stormy weather, access by sea may not be possible.

Positano is a very pretty town and part of a beautiful dramatic coastline. It is well worth spending extra money to have a holiday there, it is expensive but beautiful. We ate at Chez Black on the seafront and the food and service were excellent. We also ate at L’escolia at the other end of the beach and that was beautiful overlooking the sea. We hired a private boat with Skipper Simon from Positano Boats and went around Capri island, calling at Nerano for lunch at Maria Grazia restaurant which was arranged for us by Simon, plus a couple of swimming stops and grotto sites. That was very enjoyable. You need to be aware of steps and slopes around Positano but people are always willing to help.

View is incredible one of the best you'll ever wake up too, Beach a little disappointing very Stoney but the beaches on the coast line are all like this, Location is amazing in relation to how close to the beach you are & only a short walk along the beach front to reach Positano, But if you are not fit & able to deal with lots of stairs then this hotel may not be for you as getting down & back up is only for the fit hearted
