There are lots of instructions in the apartment in case there is an issue and otherwise Franco provided all the instructions before our arrival. Monica was in particular very helpful as I had to be transferred urgently to the hospital and although we don't speak Italian, communication was great thanks to google translate. The view from the apartment is gorgeous over the village of Uscio. Good place to be to visit the neighboring villages. Even to go to Cinque Terre, we took the car to La Spezia (via the highway), then spent the day there visiting Cinque Terre via the train. To visit Camogli, Santa Margharita and Portofino, we were able to park at Recco's train station for free and took the train as well. Easily done. In short, would recommend this place without hesitation.
