Hotel is beautiful, clean, well designed and really comfortable. All Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. We booked all of our transport and trips with the team, and they went beyond to support our plans. We took their vintage car tour, and it was fantastic. Cold water and cold towels at every stop. Our packed breakfast was amazing. That was my fourth stay there, and it won't be my last.

If you’re lucky enough to have available room book now! This hotel is probably the best value for money I’ve ever experienced. The room was clean and super comfortable. The location was great . There’s a really nice pool to chill in. But beyond everything else, Mr Heng, the host, is just the kindest person we have ever met. And he makes the best mango smoothies too. Do yourself a favor and book your stay!

Beautiful facilities and rooms, staff were of the utmost help and always friendly. Location was perfect for sight seeing, local cafes and attractions.

We completed check-in at 1:30 PM and found the accommodation neat, airy, and suitable for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff clearly introduced the main services available to guests. Housekeeping maintained a tidy environment, and the other staff members were helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Very friendly and caring staff. It was quite new. They sent a tuktuk to pick us up from the train station, and served welcome drink, sweets, and fruits when we check

I had an excellent stay at VPlus Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I checked in. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The overall service exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pool was really nice and clean during my stay. I spent some time there in the afternoon and it felt relaxing with a quiet atmosphere.

The location was perfect. A little out of the centre of town so it was very quiet . But a very fun Tuk Tuk ride into all the action. The staff was wonderful. They organized all of our tours for us - at a fraction of the cost of the ones on Trip Advisor. The pool was wonderful. The food and drinks were excellent.

First, all the front desk staff under Ms Lum were exceptional, helping us from the start to the end. They attended to all our requests to ensure we had a comfortable stay at the property. The staff at the restaurant and spa were also very helpful. Apart from the staff, the location was within walking distance to many high-quality restaurants. The temple tours organised by the front desk allowed us to explore the ancient places under a highly experienced guide.

Just exceptional. So attentive and perfect. Special mention of Chanty (reception and waiter) and Chan Taa (driver to and from airport and for day trips giving great information all around during the drive)

This is a really nice hotel! Dont be intimidated if you are an english speaker and can’t read the name of the hotel on the booking.com website. It’s Bavet-Mocbai Hotel. The staff and managers went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. Special thank you to Chris and Ruos Oly for their excellent service! I was having a tough day when I arrived. I was waiting on a evisa to cross the border and it didn’t process on time, so I had to stay near the border overnight. Chris sent some lovely fruit to my room after I checked in which was very kind and thoughtful. They also helped me get to the bus station in the morning after my visa came through so I could get to Ho Chi Minh City on schedule. Their care and attention to detail was really extraordinary! The room I stayed in was beautiful! It was large, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! So comfortable, it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. The room lighting was perfect with lots of options to adjust. Spacious bathroom with all the things I might need. There was a desk area, small fridge and other refreshments available. After my stressful day, the staff helped turn my day around. I appreciate their kindness! It was a lovely stay, I highly recommend the Bavet-Mocbai Hotel.
