United StatesThe location is amazing, the beach wasn't too impacted by the sargassum, but we didn't swim in the ocean. We did a great tour in the bay, saw dolphins, manatee, and we were able to buy lobsters right from the fisherman's dock. Very well maintained facility, there was only one other family in the whole place.

Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico.
Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico. Not many tourists not many places like restaurants or shops. Its full of sargaso and at the moment properties cant deal with it and many of them are on the beach. But you can have nice excursions to see dolphins at the nature ,we took the fishers boat and went to see dolphins and turtles do some snorkel,kids loved it! I understand it is completely out of their control. Nature is unpredictable. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Food is delicious because they have a great chef. The scenery is beautiful. The village of Punta Allen is rustic. Casa Pascale is mostly for sport fishermen but we weren't and enjoyed our time there. It's impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable. V attentive staff, lovely fresh food and cocktails prepared. Access road bad in parts but not that bad! They were constantly working to improve sections of it.
