I loved the location and the view from the room of bay was amazing.

The apartment had a great view of the city, good size, stocked up kitchen utensils, heaters in our bedrooms Only a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal then 10 minute ferry to the city

It was a beautiful building. I absolutely adored the entrance with the amazing bookshelves. The room was so comfortable and clean. Loved the area. Beautiful cafes, beach, restaurants. Highly recommend and I had an amazing view across water.

Liked how the setting of a Train station stepping back in time or into the Harry Potter world. Staff was awesome thank you so much

Perfect location near the harbour in the CBD. Really quiet room, very comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. Front desk staff were very friendly.

The hotel allowed us to check in at 11am, 3 hrs early. They were kind enough to waive the early check in fee. Our suite was clean, modern, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make sandwiches and a light breakfast. Loved the location! It’s a quick walk to the Northern Explorer Train Station and Parnell Road where you will find lots of restaurants, cafes and interesting shops. The staff were very accommodation, courteous, friendly.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at Copthorne, it was our last few days in New Zealand. The staff made us feel welcome and arranged an extra day of stay without any hassle. A bit shoutout to the front office team for being professional, friendly and hospitable.

The Staff was so helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to help me when I accidentally left my jacket in the breakfast room. They also helped me with getting transportation to the airport. They also remembered my name and greeted me by name. Also when I discovered that the room refrigerator wasn't working they immediately moved me to a different room.

Very nice area, close to the center. The room was equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Nice and friendly staff.

Pleasant surprise at how comfortable even the basic room was - very modern, clean and excellent products (bathroom, coffee etc).

Joshi with Guest Services check-in really made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. He was accommodating and informative as we arrived hours before our check-in time. He was very patient and went above and beyond in customer service. Although we were exhausted from lengthy travels, he helped make the time go by quickly. Fitness center, pool, sauna, hotel dining and location were all a plus as well.

Great location, spacious rooms and very well-arranged. The staff provided take away breakfast and coffee as our flight was very early, which was a very nice touch. We'd definitely stay again.
