The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! So comfortable. They even had 2 pillows for each person; where one pillow was labeled "firm" and the other was labeled "soft"....was a nice feature! - Also the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. And the free airport shuttle service was very convenient.

From walking in and checking in to leaving and checking out. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. The pool and hot tub were very clean and rather spacious. They provided adequate towels and everything smelled very clean, the sheets, towels, and room. The breakfast spread was phenomenal and delicious.

It was very close from the airport and the hotel shuttle was very convienient. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty good!

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Nice to have fridge in room. Restaurants accross the street. Free parking is a huge bonus since other hotels charge you extra for parking. They improved the quality of the breakfast with more choices to choose from and better quality.

Perfectly clean, really close to the airport with free shuttle. The staff were fantastic, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver was also amazing! It was a very comfortable stay.

    Strong smell of marijuana in the lobby and elevator when we checked in Saturday evening. Bed & bathroom were clean bed the carpet made out socks brown. Exposed pipes on the walls in in the sitting room and bedroom. Heater was messed up: there was heat blowing out the front but AC blowing out the top. Very glad we only had to stay the one night.

    We enjoyed the overall town.

    We enjoyed the overall town. We wish some things were open later as on Thursday evening nothing was open for us to grab some dinner. It was convenient to the highway and downtown Chicago which was perfect. Alot of the gas stations were dirty and not very clean.

    Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena.

    Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena. Parking left a lot to be desired. Had to park in the Bo Jackson sports parking lot and walk to the hotel. Didn’t appreciate guests drinking beer in the lobby. Room was very clean but did not appreciate that we had no chairs and table in the room .only had the bed and one place to put our clothes on.would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Got the impression that we were bothering front desk people .

    Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave. to get downtown. I personally hate the stop and go on the expressways and at certain times it takes much longer to get from one place to another than the nice trip through town on Grand. The very quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located is a huge plus. You really will enjoy the good breakfast and if you like to workout their exercise room is really great.

    1. The front desk guy Peter is very helpful. He arranged frew pickup drop from Airport multiple times for us as we were visiting Chicago during odd hours. Hotel is at a very quiet location although ery close to Airport. 2. I would highly recommend it if visiting Chicago.

    Room is very confortable and breakfast is very good, with fruits, eggs, waffles. The hotel is new, and no carpet which is great to maintain a clean space. All the staff is helpful and nice.
