Very nice room. Hotel is very modern. Ample breakfast in two attractive dining rooms -- also outdoor seating in courtyard. Appreciated the non-dairy milks and gluten-free croissants at breakfast! Great location in Cannaregio, a more quiet but still very beautiful neighborhood of Venice away from the crowds. Many nice restaurants and bars along the streets behind the hotel. Let us check in early (before noon!), and also the late check-out time of 12 noon is convenient. Will definitely return to this hotel when we come back to Venice. 15-minute walk from the train station, and rooms were reasonably priced.

Grand lobby and room. Very tastefully designed blending in modern and Venetian elements with a high ceiling. Might be the nicest room we have stayed at. Very spacious which was surprising considering we were expecting Venice hotels to be cramped. Located a minute away from the main busy streets but that's enough to give it a feeling of peace and quiet.

Location. Clean. Comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. The owners were great! Very helpful and truly showed concern. Our flight was delayed for close to ten hours and Anna was in constant communication with us. We arrived close to midnight and she came to let us in and didn’t even charge us extra.

Well located in Venise (you can walk to almost any places in less than 15 min) Provided a lot of things to make your own breakfast in the fridge and snacks in jars. Having a separate room for adults was definitely a plus. We loved the decoration and state of the apartment. The air conditioning gave us a fresh feel when getting back in the evening or during the day. Great communication from owners.

The room was very pretty. Looked like a classical Venice room. It was also very spacious and comfy, with a small couch and a big bed. Loved the Italian vibes of the window. Also the bathroom was perfect and clean and the aircon very convenient for the hot summer days. The staff super nice, cheerful and helpful, always offering services and help even giving nice recommendations for stuff. Can't recommend them enough!
