Attractive 2-bedroom apartment located in the most attractive and exclusive private urbanization of the COSTA BALLENA, PLAYA DEL INFANTE with wonderful views of a golf course and direct access to the pool with private parking in the basement and a large porch to enjoy pleasant summer nights. Housing with magnificent qualities and well distributed for a well-deserved rest. The urbanization has a privileged position, with an unbeatable location on the beachfront (8 min walk). It has common areas with huge gardens and abundant vegetation, two large swimming pools and a large area for children to play. Costa Ballena is a complex of multiple urbanizations and hotels, equipped with large green areas and various services (supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacconist, shops, restaurants, etc.) and interconnected by bike lanes, with one of the best golf courses (designed by Jose Maria Olazabal); and very close to Chipiona (4 min), Rota (10 min), Sanlúcar de Barrameda (18 min and with a golf course) and Puerto de Santa María (18 min and with a golf course) with a train station for connections with Seville or Madrid, and Jerez (30 min and with a golf course).
