United States of Americaeverything from the moment I arrived till checkout. All the staff and particularly Nicholas were extremely helpful. They made us feel like queens and our rooms would be cleaned every time we go out, twice a day! i never stayed in a hotel where they clean our room twice a day! it was fantastic. also, they place oil massage for the foot on you bed every evening. this oil is amaaazing it cools your feet after a long walk in the city. i asked if i could have more and Nicholas was very generous. upon checkout, the reception gave us cappuccinos as a complimentary before going to the airport. honestly, i you want to stay in Madrid dont think of any other hotel. the hotels area is very chic.
