Great hosts Lovely decor and amenities. The cheerful flowers a plants are a nice touch. Terrific location in what feels like a real neighborhood. The cafe at the corner is great for a coffee breakfast pastry.

This quirky hotel was a great find! Marlon who checked us in and served at the bar was very friendly and quite funny! The room was great and the bed was comfy. Cups/ Tea/Coffee and a choc in the room was a cute extra and we were grateful for the dyson fan! The location is great and parking is right on the doorstep £34 for 24hours. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! We had an amazing anniversary at this hotel.

The property has been recently renovated and the design of the rooms is very elegant. The rooms and the rest of the property was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay – great selection of pastries, fresh fruit and warm dishes.

    The house is NOT IN BEVENDEAN!!!!! It is in ROEDEAN.

    The house is NOT IN BEVENDEAN!!!!! It is in ROEDEAN. There's a massive difference, trust me. My responses are for Roedean, which I also know from personal experience. East Roedean, where Happy House is located, is home to some of the most expensive houses on the entire south coast of England (second only to Sandbanks). 100 meters from Happy house is one property on sale for £4m (yes 4 million), and it's surrounded by other equally high-end properties. It's also where Roedean Girls School is - one of the best in the country. Bevendean is a grubby suburb tucked away in a valley (combe) a few miles away, that has absolutely nothing going for it.
