Location is perfect! We had the English Room… what a treat. It was big, bright and extremely comfortable. The windows open onto the harbour offering first hand viewing of boats and related activities. This accommodation was the best out of our UK 3 week stay.

If you want a slap-up meal Outlaw's Kitchen is only 2 doors away, and Nathan Outlaw has a flagship restaurant within walking distance. Friendly. obliging staff make it a very pleasant stay.

It is a tiny village on the Cornwall coast - famous for being the home of Doc Martin. The main car park is outside of town, on top a hill, and you generally have to walk down into the village. Lots of little gift shops and a number of restaurants. They also have a convenience store in town where you can get most essentials. The drive into Port Isaac takes a while, as the roads are small and wind through a number of little towns along the way. Driving can be not for the faint of heart, as the roads are very narrow and you have to rub against hedgerows to allow vehicles to pass in the other direction. Just be patient! The town in beautiful and has lovely trails along the coast.

A beautiful, serene, picturesque sn unspoilt part of Cornwall, complete with a glorious harbour and amazing coastline. Not a high street chianti in sight in the heart of the town. Plenty of historical interest and friendly locals. Highly recommended if you like a quieter location. Great for swimming!

We are regular visitors to Cornwall and have visited Port Isaac previously. The village has a number of “eateries” including a fish and chip shop, a pub and few shops. It is a small village which is quiet at night and busy during the day with visitors.

Great location. Beautiful appartment, clean and spacious.

Great location. Beautiful appartment, clean and spacious. Bed was absolutley comfortable. The only problem we had, there were only two channels on the tv and the front door was a bit fiddly. The Cornish cove cafe is the best place to get breakfast, the owners are so friendly and funny..and they've been on the telly 😀.

We used Plain Street Cottage as a base whilst walking on the South West Coastal Path. It was ideally situated near to Port Isaac so that we could park there each day. If we had wanted to use the bus it was also directly on the 56 route which runs between Newquay and Port Isaac. The cottage was very homely and had all of the amenities that we required. Whilst we didn't meet Zoe she gave very clear and timely instructions on how to find the property.

Its location was excellent and we loved Port Isaac and Port Gaverne, however there was a building site immediately adjacent to the site but thankfully no one was working on the site at the time of our stay. We had a good configuration of bedrooms, the layout was fine, the number of bathrooms was fine, the kitchen was fairly well designed and equipped. The beds were comfy and the bed linen of good quality. The seating downstairs was comfy.

The Hayloft is a lovely place to stay. it was very cosy, comfy bed and in a great location, close to Port Isaac and Polzeath. Jo was very helpful and accommodating both before and during our stay. the fresh milk and lovely cornish biscuits were lovely little additions and Jo was able to arrange an early check in and late check out which was amazing.
