Right on the waters edge, with stunning views. Direct access onto the beach. Racecourse-5min bus or 25min walk. Bus stop is within 30secs of the property, with a 25min trip to the heart of Edinburgh. Portobello Beach - walk 15mins to enjoy the promenade's bars and restaurants. Train station- 5min bus/taxi or 25min walk to station. Every room has sea views. Large living room. Kitchen includes barstool table for dining, with magnificent views of the waterfront. Large rooms throughout.
