The double Guest Room, on the first floor, comes with an ensuite bathroom, with shower and free toiletries. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is available inside the room, with a kettle, a mini-fridge, iron+ironing board, a microwave, table+chairs, dishes+cutlery and a hairdryer. Featuring free WiFi throughout the property. Private entrance (shared internal stairway) and private front garden with outdoor furniture. Self Check-in and contactless Check-out. Lock on the Guest Room door. Free private parking space is available on site and the nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk away (Bus to/from the Edinburgh Airport and to/from the City Center). Our structure is Pet-Friendly, you can use the private front garden to spend time with your beloved pet. You can order takeaway food and have it delivered directly to our Home Stay, you will find in the room some menus of various restaurants operating home-delivery, and all the amenities you need to eat.
We are Alberto & Eleonora, two Italians in love with Scotland! Alberto has been living and working in Edinburgh since 2014, Eleonora has been living and studying in Edinburgh since 2018. We both love meeting new people from different cultures and make them feel at home in our tiny Home Stay. We have a wee gentle dog with us, a collie cross, her name is Indie, she lives downstairs between the living room and the back garden; if you don't fancy dogs, do not worry, you will frequent two different areas of the house, you will not meet each other and you will barely hear her. We look forward to meeting you, enjoy Edinburgh!
Really quiet and friendly neighbourhood, the house is located between the Edinburgh Airport and the City Centre, 6 km from Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile, 0.6 km from Napier University and Edinburgh College. The house is close to a Supermarket, a Pharmacy, two Cash Machines, a Pub/Cafè, a buffet Restaurant and a lovely bike/walk path along the Edinburgh Union Canal. Edinburgh is magic, you won't be disappointed!
