Very close to the main attractions of the city, 3 minutes from the tram stop (if you travel by plane, you will have a direct tram line from here). The welcome video was very helpful. The flat was well equipped, cozy and comfortable for 2 persons. Excellent choice for city breaks.

Before arriving we were sent all the information for accessing the property. A video was provided showing us exactly where everything was and how to use facilities. Such a great touch! Apartment was lovely and in an excellent location, within walking distance of everything and airport tram is right outside. Also a lovely breakfast place right on the door step. Couldn’t fault our stay!

I stayed for almost 2 months, and I liked it a lot! -the location is simply perfect!! Very central and super safe. Everything is within walking distance. I loved staying at York Place. -There's a lovely Cafe underneath the apartment -Excellent self-check-in and check-out: received a helpful video before arrival that explained everything, wherefore it all went smooth -The staff of Rentir was always kind and accommodating + they replied fast. -The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. I felt very comfortable. -There's Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., on the TV logged in and ready for you to use -The shopping center St. James Quarter is only 1 minute away. Very convenient. -My family visited, and Rentir provided a travel cot and clean bed sheets :) Recommend!

Very beautiful apartment. Everything was clean and easy to use. Good kitchen and shower. I liked that there was a sofa bed, tall windows, absolutely amazing oven, dish washing machine, and good water pressure. The check-in and check-out procedures were easy to follow, and the videos provided were great!

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was impeccable, from communicating with Chris, who promptly answered even our dumbest questions, to the utilities (fridge and dishwasher) and the general feel of the rooms. We loved the location: 8 min walk to the airport shuttle even working at night, 2 from the trams, 10 min to Waverley train station, 20 min walk to the Royal botanical garden and generally walking distance from what you would like to visit. We enjoyed the coziness of the space, greatly appreciated after long touring days. Right next to the doorsteps there is the nicest breakfast place, with great coffee. We would come back anytime and warmly recommend the place. Thank you, Chris!

Everything! Couldn’t fault the property at all, well equipped & beautifully minimalistic. Fantastic location for exploring Edinburgh, walking distance to all attractions however also felt secluded from the busy hustle of the centre. Would love to stay here again!

Appartement pour 2 personnes très bien situé, à 15 min à pied de tout, arrêt de tram à deux pas direct pour l’aéroport. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de prendre les transports car tout se faisait à pied. Si jamais vous voulez prendre un bus pour aller dans une autre ville il y a la gare routière à 2 min à pied. Très propre et rénové comme sur les photos ! Petit café en bas de l’appartement faisant de bons petits déjeuners. Par contre, du bruit le matin dès 7h30 car il y a des travaux mais ce n’est pas grave car nous nous levons tôt pour faire des activités ! :) Si nous revenons à Edimbourg nous réserverons cet appartement. :)
