Located in the heart of Kensington, a stones throw from Kensington High Street is this beautifully, spacious laid out three bedroom apartment. Located on the ground and lower ground floor of a stunning Victorian terraced building, this property offers high ceilings and large rooms throughout with access to a communal garden located to the rear of the apartment and private seating area. Large separate kitchen with all modern appliances, Nespresso machine and double range cooker. Newly furnished.The apartment features a large open plan living/ dining and kitchen space with high ceilings and sash windows throughout. There is a partition door that can be used if you wish to separate the kitchen area from the dining/living area. The living room features a smart TV with ability to connect to your own Netflix and apps. The large open plan fireplace is unfortunately for decoration only not available for use. The dining area is able to seat 6 people comfortably. The kitchen features all mod cons and appliances that provide you with a home from home experience. Also located on the ground floor is a utility/WC room with washer/dryer, ironing facilities and cleaning equipment should you need to use during your stay. The back door leads to the private communal garden for the local residents of the building and an outdoor dining table and chairs that belong to the property. Please be mindful to take off your shoes on any carpeted areas that lead downstairs to the bedrooms. On the lower ground is the master bedroom with UK Super king size bed, it also has an en-suite and french patio doors that lead to a small private courtyard space. Walk in wardrobe is also located just off to the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is also generous in size with plenty of storage and built in wardrobes and also features a UK Super King size bed. The separate bathroom has shower facilities and toilet/sink and vanity unity. Down the hallway to the end is the 3rd bedroom which is the smallest of the bedrooms
