Recently Renovated to a high standard, we have a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (1 is an en-suite) is a high specification garden level apartment. The property has a private courtyard entrance and finished perfectly. Bus stop directly outside for easy access to the city or walking distance to city is only 10 mins, the garden apartment is ideally located for staying in Edinburgh. Easy and available parking nearby. Located next door to the Royal Botanical Gardens.
Hi, I am a married dad of 3 (and a Labrador), I live and work in Edinburgh and have done most of my life. I am a property developer dealing mainly in refurbishment of listed period buildings into hi-specification residential properties. We are available to be contacted should guests need assistance with any matter, but otherwise would leave guests to enjoy the space and Edinburgh itself in peace.
Inverleith is one of Edinburgh's best neighbourhoods, with the Botanic Gardens less than 10 metres away, or a mere 3 minute walk. The bus stop is directly outside and there are lots of restaurants and pubs to explore nearby. Bus is easy, and walking to town is only 15 mins! We have two bus stops (one going each way) right outside the property. If you bring a car there is pay and display parking outside but within a 5 minute walk you can park for free. Local supermarkets are nearby and all information is within our house manual which is on living room table when you arrive.
