all communication and instructions were perfect and clear. The door code instructions were easy to use. the communication with the host was really good and quick. The apartment was finished to a high standard and very recent, the two bathrooms perfect for family. and the overall finish was really 5* standard, the bonus of free parking in Edinburgh a massive plus The location was only a 5 min walk from the new shopping center at the end of Princes street and 100 yds from main road that has plenty of restaurants. The property overlooks a garden area and very quiet. A coop store is located 200 mtrs away. I honestly could not fault this place and would look to use again. This is an easy recommendation to make, perfect

Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, you'll also find that the property is surrounded by plenty of Edinburgh's greatest attractions, making it the perfect base. The apartments are next door to each other, perfect for 2 families, this lovely modern flat is fully equipped with everything a group of friends or family might need for your getaway. Enter our home on the ground floor via main door and you'll be greeted by a bright and lovely living, dining area with kitchen with smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you’ll need such as a ceramic hob, oven, and a coffee machine. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double-sized bed in each, and the other with 2 single beds (can be made a king size). Every bed is fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure your comfort. There is 1 full bathroom, equipped with all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up including a bath, shower a toilet, and a sink together with an en-suite shower room for one of the bedrooms.
