I have worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years now. I have managed public houses, restaurants and hotels. This gives me a unique insight to meeting the needs of guests. Two years ago I decided to join a small, Capparis Home Lets based in Edinburgh .We specialises in providing accommodations to families, small groups of people and independent travellers. We have extensive range of accommodations in the Lothian area of Scotland.

Property info

This is unique property is set in a quite south side of Penicuik. Newly renovate with vibrant colours in the leaving room, gas fire, dining area with a lovely view of the street from the window. It also features a small private garden at the front of the property. There is also access to the back garden through main bedroom.

Neighborhood info

Penicuik in Midlothian is the gateway to both the attractions of its own county and to Edinburgh and the Borders. Ideally placed for visiting the capital of Scotland and its attractions, it is serviced by a regular 10 minute bus service operating into the city. It takes approx 20-25 minutes to be on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Attractions include Glencorse Golf Club, Krazy Kidz: Top class fun! Handy tided and 5stars service ! Perfecto!!!! Good cafe and nice chips Free parking. Penicuik House & Café for your dining experience.
