This bright, top floor flat with large private balcony will make the perfect home away from home while visiting Edinburgh. Situated in the middle of the vibrant Leith Walk, guests are within a short walk to a huge selection of bars, cafes, pubs, shops and international supermarkets. The space The space is newly decorated and fully equipped for your stay. With lots of natural light and house plants. The livingroom/kitchen leads onto a hallway with a cosy bathroom, and a big double bedroom. From the bedroom you will access the large private balcony, with rattan furniture and views across Edinburgh and Fife. The flat comes with a flat screen TV - Netflix included and an espresso machine. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property during their stay. Other things to note Pay and Display on-street parking Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. Free on-street parking at evenings and weekends. QPark Omni is 15 minutes walk away and is 24gbp for 24 hours. Professionally cleaned to Airbnb 5 step standards. Key-safe available for late or non-contact check-ins. Apartment on 4th floor - so there are a few stairs to climb for the view.
