David met us downstairs because we just failed to locate the exact location of the building. He was also being flexible to let us leave our luggage there after check out for a few more hours. This was a great help to us.

Beyond my expectations. Your accommodation was truly helping us adjust to Edinburgh's magical weather. The location was near the bus station, tram station, and centre of the city. So many complimentary for breakfast, and the bathroom facilities were superb! The beds are comfortable, the windows are big with nice views, and a lot of space for big pieces of luggage.

This is a very comfortable, apartment with a lovely atmosphere in a fantastic location. All of the rooms were immaculately clean & the kitchen even had some supplies waiting for us: bread, biscuits etc. While the bathroom may be a little on the small side, it is beautifully modernised with an easy to use shower & lots of hot water. The beds were genuinely so comfortable & cosy. We received the warmest welcome from the host, David, who was so helpful. We would happily have stayed longer in this beautiful apartment & were sorry to leave after such a short stay.

Host was quick to respond to questions, very accommodating to changes in our schedule and kept us very informed of check in procedures. He met us upon arrival to welcome us and show us the place. The place was exceptionally clean even when checking the window sills, under the bed and even passed the wet paper towel on the floor trick. Very spacious kitchen, bedrooms and living room. There were cookies, bread, and other treats for us!Great location as everything is within walking distance and a restaurant and breakfast place just downstairs. Highly recommended!
