Had a free complimentary room upgrade upon checking-in, which was a pleasant surprise. Room was a spacious double with a great walk-in shower in the bathroom. Had dinner in the restaurant which was also really good and seemed decent value for money.

Had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse. In a perfect location. The place was warm and homely.
All the bedding was clean and fresh. Comfortable beds, apart from one (My teenage son said it was fine!!) Most were memory foam.
Kitchen was lovely. Plenty of crockery, glasses and cookware.
T.V had Netflix, Amazon etc. You just need to sign in.
Keybox was very easy to use.
Family of 11. Varying ages. All said they had a great time.
Recon we will be back.

Jane and Neil were excellent hosts. The room was clean tidy, neat and very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order, bread was homemade - what's not to like! I will definitely stay there again.

Our trip was out of season but still a lovely place to visit, the pier is clean and rubbish free and lovely tea and cake to be had! The sea front is rubbish free and easy to access. This was a day visit when staying just outside Cromer but we will definitely stay here when we can

Plenty of different shops to visit but some of them shut on a Wednesday which is frustrating when you are only there on a short break. Good tourist information with plenty of leaflets for trips out nearby. We were too early in the season for some.

An interesting town of late Victorian / Edwardian style.
An interesting town of late Victorian / Edwardian style. Nowadays a dated holiday gem best appreciated by older people. Full of nostalgia for over 60s as it brings back memories of childhood holidays. Lovely pier, beach and Cliff path walks.
Excellent sea food . Easy railway access to Norwich city and good road access to fascinating historical places all round the county.

Cromer itself a lovely holiday place and keeps its individual style. Our holiday accommodation was clean and comfortable. Very disappointed with the view just bricks and other apartments
Avery steep hill to the car park.
Reception frosty more interested in you paying and getting you out of the way.
The restaurant had good food but felt a step up from a school canteen. No bar area as such all set up for eating. If you wanted to sit outside there could have been some plants in pots etc but you felt you were sitting on the pavement. The waitin staff in the restaurant were very nice but rushed of there feet.
Disappointed and feel with an extra effort and thought it could be better.

Best Crab ever at ROCKY BOTTOM.
Best Crab ever at ROCKY BOTTOM. Favourite place was Mundesley. Easy to get around Cromer if you don,t have a walking disability. Beach approach was too long/steep,but local people were extra helpfull with their advice.Nothing to avoid next visit,i just need to get more mobile, still hoping at 85!!
Brilliant location on the front at Cromer. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. The food was excellent. This is an accordion Hotel with lots of beautiful stained glass. The receptionist was so helpful she got me booked into a local venue which had a swimming pool which really added to the overall enjoyment of my trip.
Centrally placed literally loads of things to see and do. Lovely sunny sitting area where my mum really enjoyed sitting and reading the paper.
We all really loved it and will be booking a further stay
The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice on the menu. It was beautifully presented and of high quality. The hotel was well kept with a lot of additional touches to add to our comfort (we loved the idea of sherry and cake in the afternoon). Parking on site is always a useful addition. The information sent out via email before our arrival was most helpful and informative. All around we were very impressed and won’t hesitate to use the hotel again should we return to Cromer.
Apart from the superb location, what really made this hotel outstanding was the staff. They were genuinely welcoming and friendly, willing to happily give advice on the town. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff were happy to help out. The hotel has beautiful period features and was spotlessly clean but it's greatest asset is it's staff.
The breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed and had a large en-suite. Mill House is situated in Overstrand within walking distance to a sandy beach and there is a cliff top path to walk into Cromer. The village of Overstrand has a post office/store a pub a hotel and also a cafe.
The cottage is beautifully presented and well furnished with quality furnishings. Location wise, a nice stroll along the beach to Cromer and well located for exploring the North Norfolk coast. The weekly car park ticket was very useful as we used it in many other car parks.
Really friendly, always willing to help, nothing was to much trouble. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable.. the location couldn't be any better. Right in town, 8 min walk from train station and 4 min walk to the sea. Will definitely stay again when going to Cromer.
We loved our room with the super king size bed. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. We e joyed the timed swimming pool so we had it to ourselves. The restaurant food for dinner was exceptional. Good area to enjoy the North Norfolk Coast.
The added touch of provisions was very thoughtful and unexpected, location was perfect opposite the bus station as we decided to tour the North Norfolk coast by bus.
Very convenient for Cromer town centre, we would highly recommend 🤪
Extremely dog friendly, the breakfast was everything from a full English to Eggs Benedict, and a sausage for the dog! Dinner was both very good, value for money and the our dog was allowed to join us. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in the ideal location with lovely view of the pier. Walkable location, approximately 10 mins from Cromer station. Lots of shops and places to eat right around the corner. Room was spacious and clean.
Beautiful home where we were made to feel like most welcome guests. Stayed in room 2 with a view towards Cromer church and a glorious sunrise.
Excellent breakfast.
Free on street parking outside the property.
Excellent staff, so helpful and friendly, lovely food.
Hotel looked really festive, close to Cromer.
We had rooms with a sea view, it had a small lift which was ideal for my disabled husband.
Room very good, staff excellent and v friendly, breakfast mediocre, Sunday Lunch excellent. Hôtel a great location for walks, proximity to Cromer. Nice swimming pool. Would I stay again ? Yes
Always very friendly staff. Accommodation has everything you need, including dishwasher and washing machine ( instructions would be useful). On site restaurant good value and excellent food
Excellent location close to beach, and centre of Cromer.
House was always warm thanks to an Aga in the kitchen. Sitting room, kitchen and bedrooms were all very comfortable.
Everything was ideal for our needs. Perfect for the dog with a secure garden.
Lovely dog friendly pub opposite.
Peaceful village that's near coastal attractions.
