The ambiance of the flat is really soothing for us, especially the weather complimented it. We love it during sunrise and the sunrays goes inside the flat through the windows. The place is clean and smells fresh and quite accessible to local transportation.

An un-fussy 1 bedroom - situated in an ideal location from which to explore the beautiful City of Edinburgh. All the city sights are within walking distance. Perfectly situated just off the vibrant Leith Walk - within walking distance to Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, Waverley Train Station, The Playhouse Theatre, The National Gallery, Harvey Nicholls, Scottish Parliament, Holyrood Park, Omni Centre Cinema, Arthur's Seat, etc. etc.

The real luxury of this apartment is its location! It is situated just off Leith Walk - ideally placed to enjoy some of Edinburgh's many attractions. There are too many fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants to name and of course most of the cities famous Festival venues and attractions are within walking distance.
