The location was easy in terms of getting to everything we wanted to be a part of during the Fringe (with just a bit of a walk), and also great proximity to lovely cafes and restaurants. The flat itself was quiet and comfortable, and had everything we needed for 4 people for a weekend away!

The flat is located on the top floor of the building and has no elevator access, only stairs. This spacious two bedroom apartment features a stylish living room with a nice homely feel. With a large 3 seater sofa, a tv an open kitchen and a dining table, its the perfect space to relax or enjoy a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod-cons, including a stove, oven and refrigerator. There are 2 bright and airy double bedrooms, each room is tastefully decorated and both come equipped with comfortable double beds as well as plenty of storage for your belongings.

The apartment is set in the heart of Tollcross, where Sean Connery was a milkman before he was 007! Lothian Road has everything you will ever need with trendy bars, restaurants and cafes. 2 minutes walk from the apartment is the beautiful Meadows, Edinburgh's largest manicured park. The start of the Union Canal is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment, which is perfect for those adventurous enough to want to cycle to Glasgow on a completely flat track.
