The room was lovely and clean, the bed comfortable and a good supply of tea and coffees. There was a really good pressure in the shower. Although the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we didn't hear our neighbours or people walking past in the corridor. We were able to come and go as we pleased. The staff are friendly and polite. As a bonus the hotel is also a pub and restaurant, selling reasonably priced food and drink. The meals we had were lovely. We had a wonderful weekend.

Not overly crowded in early May which made the stay relaxing. Pleasant region with Boston and Lincoln nearby to visit. Several good cafes and bars throughout the town together with the usual seaside amusements.

Dont believe all the negative reviews about Skegness being...
Dont believe all the negative reviews about Skegness being the worst seaside resort in the Country - even today 14/05/24 in the Daily Telegraph online version an article was proclaiming such!
I first went when to Skegness / Ingoldmells when 13 back in 1975 and while I left an almost 40 year gap between my follow-up visit in 2014 - I return several times a year in summer ever since and always look forward to it for a cost effective break & good fresh sea clean air.
I also go to Blackpool, Bournemouth as frequently as I do Skegness and while all three places & beaches have their own unique appeal - Me personally I think Skegness is better that Blackpool & Bournemouth - I prefer the beach to the other two & the cost if you know where to go & when to book is way cheaper than going to Bournemouth and probably on par with Blackpool.

Old school family holiday destination.
Old school family holiday destination. Fun fair, crazy golf, donkey rides, arcades, parks, aquarium and nature land seal sanctuary. Skegness has everything from chip shops, icecreams, donuts and seaside rock. For the adults there’s shops, bars and nightlife and the embassy theatre for an excellent show.

I loved Natureland Seal Sanctuary and the Aquarium.
I loved Natureland Seal Sanctuary and the Aquarium. I walked for miles along the seafront and enjoyed Slushies and Ice cream from stalls near the clock tower. My favourite meal was a crab salad from the Seafood cafe near the Tower Gardens

Difficult to get vegan lunch.
Difficult to get vegan lunch. Even in March it as busy and vibrant. Everything was open.
Not much choice in shopping but there are supermarkets near to the station.
Nice choice of restaurants in the evening.
The beach is beautiful.
Open top buses available and are good fun.
From the friendly welcome when we first arrived to the goodbye on the day we left, there was nothing to fault.
Breakfast was excellent and also the evening meal that we ate was great. Room 2 was the ideal room for our nearly 90 year old mother.
Cleanliness was exceptional, located just a short walk from the town centre this is truly a gem of a hotel. We shall certainly book again next time we are back in the resort.
A great place to stay very clean the landlady was very nice and helpful good location only 5 mins walk in to the town centre plenty of car parking it had everything I needed nice quiet area I did think am I going to use a lot of electric with the coin meter but I only used £2 in a 3 nights stay if I go back to skegness I would look to book this place first
A very clean and presentable caravan, well kitted out and very comfortable.
The caravan is in a great location with plenty of facilities nearby.
Skegness caravans were very good to deal with and when the next trip is planned i will be in touch with this company.
Can i just add, i am one that says it as it is and will always give credit where it is due.
The caravan was kept to a high standard with modern furnishings and everything was clean. The park isn't too far away from the main attractions and the buses into Skegness town centre are relatively frequent, and the walk is under an hour. The food available on site was delicious and good value for money!
Spacious clean caravan , toys and board games for the kids in the caravan, fishing lakes on site , buses to Skegness town centre or to fantasy Island from just off site or there's one come onto site down near the restaurant/bar , plenty to do on site as long as you've got passes.
A typical seaside B&B in an excellent location for access to the seafront & town centre. Good, unrestricted on street parking. Lovely, friendly & helpful owner. Good breakfast.
The breakfast was hot and just what you need to start the day, the hotel was a short walk away from the sea front and town centre, the staff was very friendly and helpful
Location was very good. Hotel was lovely and the bedroom was great. The breakfast was very good and incredible that it is included in the cost per night.
