The key pickup location is very close and the process extremely easy. You can also leave bags there for a small charge. The apartment is in an incredible location, right off the Royal Mile, and is especially amazing if you're a film fan as the doorway and street have featured in several movies. The apartment is quite basic but perfectly comfortable and very clean, and the hosts were extremely friendly and responsive, messaging me several times during my stay and responding quickly to any queries, which was highly appreciated.
