This apartment is cleaned according to a strict cleaning and disinfecting protocol for guest peace of mind. My brand new apartment at Polwarth Gardens has been recently renovated and is situated in the much sought after area of Polwarth which is just minutes away from the city centre. Bus routes into the city centre are seconds away outside and there are many supermarkets/cafes/bars/takeaways nearby. The two bedroom apartment features a modern design with a double bedroom, single bedroom and luxury memory foam sofa bed in the living room. The apartment can accommodate 2-5 people. There is on-street parking right outside. The apartment is extremely close to the Union Canal which provides a scenic walk into the City Centre. All my guests receive complimentary milk, tea, coffee and sugar, bottled water and Scottish shortbread. The apartment also offers complimentary toiletries which include shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. It is important to me as a host to provide a high level of comfort to my guests which is why the mattresses, pillows, bed linen and towels are of very high quality. Guests have access to cable TV, Netflix/Amazon Prime etc and free high-speed Wi-Fi
I am always available throughout your stay for any information or help that you may require. I thoroughly enjoy hosting and it is extremely important to me that you enjoy your stay in The Polwarth Gardens Apartment.
Polwarth is a much sought after area of Edinburgh and is bounded by Bruntsfield and Merchiston, the Union Canal flows through Polwarth into the city centre, which is in walking distance. Transport links to the Airport and city centre are excellent. Nearby are many restaurants and shops as well as Cineworld Fountain Park which is a popular restaurant and entertainment hub. Harrison Park is a short walk away and can be accessed via the Union Canal. There is a small supermarket called "Scotmid" right outside the apartment.
