This is a luxury 2 bed apartment with "PRIVATE PARKING" and is located in the prestigious and Award winning 'Quartermile' development. Only completed in 2016, the space is tastefully appointed with an open plan combined living, kitchen and dining area, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and benefits from panoramic views on to The Meadows. Just grab a coffee, walk out and get straight into Edinburgh's historic 'Old Town'. Includes Wi-fi, Sky TV package and an underground parking space. Licence Number EH-69305-F

Edinburgh’s Old Town certainly has plenty to offer and this former Victorian hospital complex has been sensitively converted with a mix of the old and new buildings to create a prestigious residential development. Apartment 8 is a lovely contemporary ground floor apartment with a beautiful view of The Meadows. It is a simply perfect location from which to explore the city with the added benefit of secure carparking.
