The apartment was "as advertised" Clean, well equipped, and comfortable. There is limited on-street parking near the apartment, but what's available is free from 5:30 pm Friday until 8:00 am Monday. I booked a parking spot using the JustPark App, about a 15 minute walk away from the city. There is a very good coffee shop/breakfast spot within a couple of blocks, and a Chinese restaurant almost next door (did not try). A good pub nearby too, and lots more bars and restaurants in the Grass Market area about a 20-min walk toward town.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment. Our apartment features a private front door entrance into our open plan living and fully equipped kitchen area with a Smart TV and dining area. Please note the kitchen has a microwave with a grill, there is no oven in the apartment. The bedroom is at the rear of the property for a quiet nights sleep. There is a built in wardrobe so plenty of storage space. The bathroom is spacious, with a large walk in shower and underfloor heating. Free fast Wi-Fi included. Free linen, towels and a starter bundle of toiletries. A 7-min walk to Fountain Park Complex, 10-mins to the Meadows and 20-mins to Princes Street

A 7-minute walk to Fountain Park Complex where you can find a Cinema, Bowling Alley, Nuffield Health, a trampoline park and several restaurants and bars.
