The property is surrounded by a beautiful private garden, which in the hottest seasons is an explosion of colors, dipped by the greenery of the Appia Antica and Acquedotti Park, extremely well connected, just one bus is enough to be catapulted into the historic center of Rome with all its majestic attractions. Our location is perfect for reaching the historic center of Rome, by bus 118 in front of the extraordinary Villa dei Quintili (which hosts cultural events during the summer) as well as visiting the surroundings of the city, such as: Roman castles ... Castel Gandolfo, Lake of Albano Laziale and Lake of Nemi renowned for its strawberries, Ariccia famous for shops located under the majestic bridge and to taste a good sandwich with pork (porchetta) and finally, if you want to sea? Along the Via Pontina you will find yourself immersed in the Roman coast (with the archaeological site of Ostia Antica and the splendid pinewood of Castel Porziano).
