CHECK IN from 15:00 to 20:00. For arrivals after 20:00 a supplement is required. Normally the rooms are ready by 13:00. For arrivals from 10:00 to 15:00 if the room is not ready, you can leave your luggage in the meantime. CHECK OUT by 10.30am on Sundays and public holidays, by 11:00 on other days with the possibility of leaving your luggage prepared to come back to pick it up before leaving the city. ALL DETAILED INFORMATIONS REGARDING EACH TOPIC WILL BE SENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. PARKING: B&B in ZTL (LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE), free parking 700 or 900 meters away on foot, covered paid parking 350 or 800 meters away, where upon arrival I will do you the pleasure of coming to pick you up with my car to make everything more comfortable and quick. MOTORCYCLES can access and look for parking in the ZTL. If you travel by BYCICLE you can leave them at the entrance of the building. THERE IS NO PERMANENT STAFF IN THE STRUCTURE, WE WILL COME TO GIVE YOU ACCESS WHEN YOU ARRIVAL. Two days before arrival you will be contacted by phone message to give/have all the information so that you have the most comfortable and fast arrival possible, If you do not provide us with the requested information, upon your arrival our presence cannot be guaranteed. ACCOMMODATION ON THE SECOND FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR in a historic building from the 1600s, 4 flights of stairs. BREAKFAST: In the room you will find a kettle with tea, herbal teas, chamomile, instant cappuccino coffee, snacks, espresso machine in the common room so as to have something hot available throughout the day. You will be given a voucher for breakfast at the Bar near the structure which includes a hot drink and a croissant/dessert of your choice. With a supplement also a savory and juice. DAILY ROOM TIDYING. Fiber WIFI.
