The house is located in the central area of ​​Portovenere, a few steps from Piazza Bastreri and the historic center, from which it is possible to reach the church of San Pietro, or the Byron cave from the seafront or from the alley. The apartment has a semi-independent entrance as it is located in a condominium complex, the entrance leads to a terrace that connects the main entrance door and the double bedroom, inside it is divided into a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and bedroom with bunk bed with small balcony from which you can see a glimpse of the Portovenere castle. My name is Davide and I follow the structure of Mr. Giuseppe and his daughter Giulia, helping them in the management of their holiday home.
The house is located in the center of Portovenere where it is very difficult to find parking, we therefore recommend parking the car at the Golfo-località cavo car park and going down to the town with the girobus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes in the summer period and stops near the house at the Portovenere Capolinea stop. From the house you have easy access to all services, a few steps from the Conad minimarket, the central bus stop of Portovenere to reach La Spezia and the various bars and restaurants, as well as the stop for the boats to the island of Palmaria and the 5 Terre in the nearby Bastereri square.
