Very good apartment, located near the train station for easy access to Florence. Supermarket and pizza places close by. The 5 of us were very well accommodated.

The apartment is spacious, bright and well-equipped. It is on the third and last floor of a quiet building overlooking the large square that comes alive every Monday with one of the largest markets in Tuscany. It has a beautiful view of the mountains of Calvana from the front balcony while the one on the back is partially overlooked and equipped with washing machine, laundry and space to hang out the laundry. It has a double bedroom, a twin or a single bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, a lounge with a flat-screen TV, books and board games, a kitchenette equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer, dishes, pots and utensils kitchen, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker, a dining room with a table, corner bench and chairs. There is free wi-fi Internet access. You can easily park in the square and street below or, when necessary, in the private space inside the condominium. Possibility of parking of bicycles in the private garage, only on request.
I like meeting new people and the work of the host gives me the opportunity to share with them the city where I live, a little 'less known than the other Tuscan but very rich in attractions. That's why I wait for you with pleasure!
The Casa del Sole is a stone's throw from the historic center, the Porta al Serraglio train station and the University, in a strategic position both to visit Prato and to reach the main Tuscan cities both by car and by train. go to Florence in just 20 minutes, but also to visit Pistoia, Lucca and Pisa. Convenient accommodation also to attend the New Haven and Monash foreign universities. It is very close to the Bisenzio river park, served by a very pleasant cycle path, frequented by athletes and not, from which you can easily reach public gardens for children, skateboard tracks and street basketball. On Saturday morning at the "Terra di Prato" market you can buy short supply chain products. On Monday morning, the big market offers food and non food items. Shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, doctor's office and Esselunga supermarket are available within a few meters to two kilometers. Area so very well served and still quiet.
