Bollo Studio is a charming 60 sq. mts. apartment with one living room, one bedroom (with a queen bed), a small kitchen, a bathroom with a tub and a small balcony inside an internal old courtyard. Located on the third floor of an ancient building (without elevator) in the heart of the historical centre of Rome, around the corner from Campo de Fiori, Piazza Farnese and Piazza Navona. This flat is completely furnished, quiet and peaceful. The apartment has also: TV, WiFi, etc. Please note: Balance at Check-In can be paid in cash or with Credit Cards (+3.5% Fee). The apartments could accomodate a maximum of 4 people. An Extra Bed can be added at 55.00 euro per rental. Check-In is usually from 4.00 p.m. till 9.00 p.m. (Cleaning Staff works in the flat during the morning). Early Check-In can be added as extra with a fee of 30.00 euro (after 10.00 a.m. - subject to availability). Late Check-In (after 9 pm)can be added as extra with a fee of 20.00 euro (after midnight the fee is 50.00 euro). Check-Out is normally till to 10.00 a.m. Late Check-Out can be added as extra with a fee of 35.00 euro (maximum till 2.00 p.m. - subject to availability). Before to leave the flat please ensure to have read our check out instructions in particular please leave the keys on the table, take out the trash, empty the fridge and close the door of the apartment. PLEASE remember: do not leave the keys in the door lock inside the aprtment for any reason The fees, of course, are not for me but for our assistance and cleaning staff. Luggage storage is free (subject to availability) from 10.00 a.m. till 4.00 p.m. Extra Bed if requested is 55.00 euro for the entire rental (linens & towels included). Extra Baby Cot if requested is 8.00 euro per night (linens & towels included). Children till 2 years stay for free. Children from 3 years till 10 years pay only 5.00 euro per night. Bollo Studio is situated on Vicolo del Bollo, and is in the heart of the historical district of Regola. Rome can easily be explored from this lovely studio, which is situated in an 18th century building. Campo de Fiori is still a favourite place of many artists, musicians and actors. Its magical atmosphere - which enriched by historic buildings and picturesque streets and squares in - will leave hardly anyone untouched. Rione Regola is mainly a Renaissance quarter with very few signs of Ancient Rome. However the long street which crosses the whole rione from NW to SE follows an ancient Roman street and the straight street leading to Ponte Sisto does the same. It became a very densely populated area during the Middle Ages due to its proximity to the river which at the time was the only source of water. Most of the streets are still named after the artisans who had their workshops there. Regola was a sort of industrial district of Rome: Via dei Cappellari (hatters), Chiodaroli (nail-makers), Pettinari (comb-makers), Baullari (case-makers), Giubbonari (dress-makers), Vaccinari (fur-makers), Calderari (coppersmiths), indicate just some of the activities which were performed in Regola.
