An idyllic house, surrounded by trees and tranquility. Just 1 minute walk to Vitinia train station and 15 minutes by train from the city center and the sea. The garden can be shared for chatting while sipping coffee or tea. Cooking is not allowed.
I am digital entrepreneur, programmer and Journalist. Travel and nature lover, I like to stay in peace reading a book or working out at the park. I also like sports, i used to play tennis, Crossfit, snowboard and padel. I speak Italian and English with a slight accent. I am a world citizen and i can't wait to meet you!
It's very easy to find free parking around this area. The train station to the city center or to the sea, it's only 1 minutes walk from the house and there are also many bars nearby. - Vitinia - Born in 1946, it is the oldest district of Rome among those built after the war, with the name of "Risaro". The military fuel depot of Mezzocammino located in Vitinia was the scene of a German attack during World War II, at 20:30 on 8 September 1943, shortly after the armistice proclaimed at 19:45 by Badoglio. Near Vitinia there was the villa of Lucio Fabio Cilone, senator, consul and close friend of the emperor Septimius Severus (146-211). In addition to being a historic district, it has all kinds of services such as shops, bars, pizzerias and restaurants, all within walking distance.
