It’s possible to take a very close bus or metro to get around the city from side to side but our advice is to walk just about anywhere and discover historical alleyways, romantic restaurants and hidden corners that will remain in your heart forever! Completely renewed apartment 100 meters from Termini rail station. The location of the house will allow you to reach all the most important spots in Rome in few minutes. Colosseo and roman Forum, Vatican and San Peter's, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, Circo Massimo and many other important places are all reachable in 10 minutes by metro or bus. The house is on the fifth floor with elevator, and can host up to 5 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, a double one and another, bigger, with a double bed and a single sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, a balcony and a completely furnished kitchen with table and seats, plates, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The apartment has heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, bed sheets, towels, washing machine, dish washer and hair dryer. Near the house will easily find all kind of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and all you could need during your holiday. On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with driver (by car or van) that can take guests directly from the airport gate to the front of the apartment. Tourist tax of euro 3.50 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10 years) to be paid in cash upon arrival. For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
