Located in the heart of the lively Boccea district, 200 metres from the Cornelia metro station and 400 metres from bus stops, it allows you to quickly reach the Vatican and its museums, along with other well-known destinations in the Eternal City. It is well served by pharmacies, restaurants, bars, shops and shared mobility services. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an elegant building with a lift. Inside, it consists of: The first double BEDROOM with mirror, Smart TV, clothes rack and a desk, ideal for those who work from home. It includes access to the balcony, providing the right amount of light. The second double bedroom, also bright, with a clothes rack, Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine to ensure a pleasant awakening. The modern BATHROOM has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: - If you would like a SOFA BED when booking for 2 people, you must request it BEFORE check-in. - LATE CHECK-IN after 8 p.m. costs 20, and after 11 p.m. costs 30. - The TOURIST TAX is NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING and must be paid in CASH at check-in. - SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! - Please RESPECT your NEIGHBOURS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during night-time hours (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.), upon arrival and departure. - Upon check-out, any RUBBISH should be disposed of outside in the building's bins. - If you would like a bathroom kit and extra cleaning, there is an additional cost NOT included in the booking price. - Private car service available on request.
