Great, central location off of a charming square. Despite all of the activity outside, the soundproofing was really good. Decor was chic and room was very comfortable- best bed on our trip so far. Great shower as well. Lovely staff and tasty breakfast.

Very good location to visit the Syracuse-Ortigia and the Baroque cities Modica- Ragusa-Sciccly and Noto. We where in Ragusa Ibla, very cozy old Baroque city with good restaurants ( even for Michelin Lovers there where 2 restaurants with stars ) For doing the tour of the Baroque cities you need a car and to driving and parking in the narrow streets you have to kbe not sressy and concentrated. Also good for your work out , there are many stairs up and down in the city.

Ragusa itself is a beautiful town and very walkable, I'd recommend three or four nights to do it justice. As a town it feels like tourism is an 'add-on' and therefore feels very genuine and Sicilian as are the restaurants all of which we thought were excellent. The only downside is the public transport, to go anywhere outside of Regusa we found to be quite a challenge as basically you have to rely on taxis, however maybe the transport issue is what has kept Regusa such a beautiful place so its not all bad!!!

Ragusa is an enchanting hill town in rural Sicily.
Ragusa is an enchanting hill town in rural Sicily. It is surrounded by steep gorges, with the town spreading up three steep linked hills. It's a fantastic place to spend a few hours exploring the narrow steep streets. We found some wonderful shops - intended for tourists, but good value. There were also fantastic eateries and the local people we interacted with all seemed charming and helpful. We ate dinner in La Bettola in Ragusa Ibla, which was delicious and great value.

Ragusa has two parts to it, the old and new.
Ragusa has two parts to it, the old and new. The old city is very beautiful and interesting to explore. The main street is fun with restaurants, shops and a park at the end with wonderful views of the valley and mountains beyond. We did not go up the hill to the new city however so we cannot characterize it.

I loved Ragusa, the roads are difficult with a larger vehicle but this shouldn’t put you off just research your routes and think about where accessible parking can be found. The new town is interesting but not touristy whilst the old town is a lovely labyrinth of medieval street and lanes with beautiful Baroque architecture. There are restaurants worth searching for and we particularly enjoyed the ‘5 senses’!
Excellent communication with property, parking across the street (low season), spacious room, good lighting, outlets bedside, comfortable bed and bedding, large bathroom, quiet room, good shower. Close to main walk in Ragusa Ibla. Good choices for Breakfast and plenty of food available.
Memory foam pillows on the bed weren't comfortable for us. The next day the host brought us typical pillows, which were perfect!
Katia greeted us when we arrived. The location was at the city center of Ragusa Ibla. We had plenty of options of great restaurants near by and were able to explore by walking during the day. We loved the breakfast that was provided. Bonus points for getting us a taxi on a Sunday when our private transfer car was switched to a different location. We highly recommend this cute bed & breakfast hotel!
The picturestique house was out of this world. It was like we were cloned to baroque times. Very cute, clean and everything you can need was inside the house. Giorgio was a unique host, welcoming and helping us on everything included the parking, showing and telling about the house, even recommended us with a lot of places to visit inside Ibla and outside Ibla in Sicily.
The host, Carlo, was just amazing. He sources all his food locally and prepares different regional dishes for breakfast each morning- his frittata is just beautiful!
He is very knowledgeable about Sicily and Italy( he is a local from Ragusa) and also speaks fluent English!
The room was large and well designed with a great view of Ragusa and very comfortable bed.
What a cool apartment overlooking the most amazing view of Ragusa Ibla- truly magical! Parking was very easy and we loved walking and exploring the area. Our host, Gianni, was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful with our arrival, gave us a thorough tour with good recommendations for dinner and he gave us the most delicious pastries… I’m still craving them.
Little house in the middle of the small streets of Ragusa, close to Ragusa Ibla. The owner greeted us upon checkin and showed us to our room. The room was clean with a beautiful balcony with plants. Breakfast was served by the owner in her house, which made it a very authentic experience - felt like a glimpse into real Sicilian life.
Comfortable, clean room and bathroom. Check-in and checkout were smooth.
We were glad that the hotel was in the Ragusa Superiore part of town, because we travelled there by train and the walk to/from the station was much shorter and easier than it would have been if we'd been staying in Ragusa Ibla.
Great location just next to a big parking (some of it is free). 10 mins walk to the cathedral and most importantly Vincenzo is an amazing host. the breakfast was outstanding. On our trip to Sicily, Ragusa was most certainly our highlight and the stay at this hotel made it even more memorable.
this is a unique and rustic property, oozing charm.. comfortable bed (the comfiest we had during our Sicily stay) and the place is really nicely decorated. perfect location and Ragusa ibla is beautiful. Alessia was a kind and welcoming host. we just wish that we could have stayed for longer
The hotel is nice, very modern looking, friendly staff and good breakfast. The location is tricky - it is in Ragusa Nuova which is about 2km from Ragusa Ibla - the historic center. We had to drive and then walk another 10 minutes to get to the main road of Ibla.
My room was small, but very comfortable and had a nice view of Ibla. The hotel is located right at the edge of Ragusa Ibla, just a short walk from sights and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious - mostly sweet, as it's traditional in Italy, but great quality.
The room was spacious and interesting, built partially into a cave. The staff was friendly and everything was very clean. There was a nice view of Ragusa Alta from the window. Once settled, location was good for exploring Ragusa Ibla.
I cannot explain in words how helpful the host Carmela was when I arrived late at night. It was worth coming to Sicily just to get to know Carmela and beautiful Ragusa. I highly recommend everyone to stay by her.
Beautiful hotel in a magical spot on top of Ragusa Ibla. Views onto the city framed by fruit trees, kind and accommodating management and staff, quiet and comfortable room. Highly recommend!
It was fabulous- our favorite hotel on our travels through Sicily. Gorgeous room, balcony, view. Delicious breakfast. Our host was charming and could not have been nicer.
