F.N. S.R.L. is a new company established in January 2024. Habito Suites is the first facility run by this company created to offer a unique accommodation experience provided by a passionate staff, always ready to act in our guests' best interest.

Property info

Our facility, located on the second floor of a building provided with an elevator, features 5 double rooms and a triple room: each of them equipped with a private bathroom. The property showcases an interior design inspired by early 1900s' architecture, revisited in a contemporary fashion through the use of grit floors along with glass and iron furnishings. Lightness and transparency are prominent visual features of our rooms, making them appear spacious and welcoming.

Centrally located guesthouse. Safe, residential, and lively neighborhood. Well connected by means of transportation to other areas of the city. Great non-touristic restaurants at accessible prices. Several museums and historical villas. Right next to the famous shopping mall "La Rinascente". Only 15 minutes by foot to Termini Central station.
