It's not a tourist haven, but I went for health care so I was not a tourist. The train station has a lot of stairs and no services -- not even posted train schedules, personnel, or ticket office. Gigi's L'Angolo della Pizza is honest and you can sit outdoors. The Dulcinea Bar near the train station as well as Tiziana's beauty parlor next door are both great. Summer bus service is one every hour for the number 4 to Prato, more frequent perhaps twice an hour for the Number 2 to Florence. Nice herb shop on Via Roma in the center and great ice cream mamma papa shop on the main central street.

At first sight the location seems remote, but in actual fact it is only a 10 minute taxi ride from the international airport and a short walk from a train station (with cheap fares) only 25 minutes from downtown Florence. The hotel is a tranquil haven away from the busy city, and offers spacious, comfortable rooms, a wonderful extensive breakfast, and an excellent restaurant offering delicious dishes of Tuscany. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast was quite basic, with few items, compared to other "Italian breakfasts" that we had at other accommodations on our trip. The price for the 2 nights was a great value, so that made up for having spent more on lunch. The location was rather remote (it took us about 45 minutes to drive to Florence), but our GPS had no trouble finding it. The views from the property were beautiful, as were the olive groves and the surrounding landscape.

Probably the most unusual, friendly, owner run , beautiful place we have ever stayed - can’t quite describe it as it’s so unique but the couple running it gave us a truly unforgettable night - it’s remote and up a long track , the two rooms were just so gorgeous and we had the place to ourselves as there are only the two rooms- we had about 10 different hotels across Europe in 14 nights and this was our favourite , totally in love with this place

At first we thought that we wouldn’t like the room, but in the end it turned out to be one of the most interesting hotels where we spent the night. Location, nature, silence, staff, ancient building, good fittings in the rooms, the bed, although old and creaks a little, is very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious. And I especially want to recommend their homemade wine. I still regret that I took only one bottle and not more.

Beautifully quiet and perfect location as a base for us to attend the moto GP at Mugello. Only a 30 min drive from Florence airport, the location was super convenient. The most friendly and helpful hosts were on hand for any questions and gave us some great local restaurant recommendations. The room was immaculate, the pool, gardens and grounds were beautifully kept.

The host was friendly and communicative at all times, the house truly was a dream: the rooms were really spacious and neatly clean. There is a private parking place at the property and the train station was very close too. A perfect place to stay if you want to go and visit Florence. It was a pleasure to stay there. Our boat from Corsica arrived with massive delay and had to find a place to stay last minute, the 24h reception was a blessing. It's a roadside hotel, for that it's a great one. Spacious rooms, fairly quiet, air conditioning, comfy beds. The breakfast buffet was plenty and pretty good.

The hotel was OK, nothing special. Parking is big, right beside hotel. Lication is good if you’re travelling by car, besause tram station Vila Constanza is not far away (about 10min ride), and there you can park your car, and from there you can use a tram.

The hotel is located in the industrial area in Florence so it's not the most picturesque but was perfect for us given we had some commitments in the area. The hotel itself is certainly very clean and has great facilities.
