ATTENTION: at the moment in the apartment building there are renovations going on, therefore there could be some noise. ATTENTION: due to ongoing renovation works, the terrace cannot be used. The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival. Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
