Brand new apartment in the historical center of Milan with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms located 15 minutes walk from the Dome, next to the main tourist attractions. Elevator, TV and A/C inside each room, broadband wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen up to 8 guests. MM3 Crocetta subway stop 100m far. Navigli area 15 minutes on foot. "La Madonnina", "Gaetano Pini" and Policlinico hospital centers within walking distance. Central Station 15/20 minutes by taxi to easily travel to the 3 airports. A few minutes walk from the Dome, in the historic center. MM3 Crocetta subway stop 2 minutes on foot. The apartment, of approximately 90m2, has been totally renovated and is located on the 1st floor, with lift. The apartment is extremely quiet (all windows are double glazed), with a balcony and a furnished terrace. Is composed by: - eat-in kitchen (with fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher etc.); - 2 double bedrooms; - third double bedroom with additional bunk bed; - two bathrooms with bidet and shower. It is ideal for both families and couples of friends or groups. Upon request it is possible to obtain up to two folding cots and a high chair free of charge. Total comfort: air conditioning and LCD TV in all rooms, free broadband wi-fi connection, coffee maker, iron, complete kitchen utensils, dishwasher etc.. All linen is washed and sanitized with professional service. If you travel by car there is a paid covered parking near the apartment. The area allows you to reach shops, restaurants, clubs, Navigli area and the main tourist attractions of Milan on foot.
