The apartment is located within an area. it is entered from Via Bodoni n. 82, through an increasingly open gate (in front of the multiplex Cinema Greenwich). Through a typical Roman courtyard, you reach the scale F. The interior is 17, on the fifth floor, reachable by elevator of which there will be the key supplied (NB: the key serves only when you call the elevator once inside, just normally push the button). The interior 17 opens directly onto a private terrace and from there, through a window shutter with lock, it leads to the apartment. Guests are reminded to lock every time you leave the house, even the blind with lock as well as the door of real house. The taps out the excellent drinking water in Rome. The water heater will light by the switch located inside the bathroom with bathtub. In the two bedrooms, in addition to the radiators, there are two air conditioners for hot and cold air, adjustable with remote control. Smoking is not allowed, but you can smoke on the terrace throwing the butts in the special ashtrays.
Our family lived in this house for almost 100 years and we are all very fond of, so we would like to share it with people that respect for its history. Our accommodation is located in the typical neighborhood of Testaccio, a few steps from the center, and Trastevere, where you can still breathe the atmosphere of the real Rome. Testaccio is famous for all kinds of restaurants, street food and nightlife. We are 300 meters from the metro line B PYRAMID, (2 stops from the Colosseum). the house is suitable for couples, to business travelers and families with children, NB the house is close to the ARCHITECTURE University of Rome
