United States of AmericaGreat location within easy walking distance to the major sights but located in a somewhat quieter and less busy part of the historic center on a large, open plaza. The rooms were very cute - a touch of old school Venice - but with modern bathrooms. WiFi and air conditioning worked great. Bed was larger than expected for my single room, firm and very comfortable. The property has an elevator, which is great especially if you’re on the 5th (top) floor. The staff (Dyosa and a guy whose name I didn’t get) were very kind and polite. In particular, Dyosa’s advance communication via both Booking.com and WhatsApp was exceptional and unexpected for a property at this price point. Good value for money, particularly given the location and that it’s Venice after all! Complimentary water, another nice touch. Wines available by the glass or big bottle to enjoy outside or in your room. We only stayed one night but if we’re ever back in Venice, we would definitely stay here again!
