Enjoy your stay in Rome in our apartment, just a five-minute walk from the “Policlinico” metro stop. Do the check-in process independently, at any time of the day and the night, with our smart lock! From the coffee machine to the wireless chargers for your mobile phones, from the TV to the air conditioners in every room: the apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort to guarantee you a stay in the eternal city full of relaxation and practicality. Our accommodation is ideal for those who need to reach the "La Sapienza" University and the nearby "Umberto I" Polyclinic. In just ten minutes, thanks to the proximity to the "Policlinico" metro station, you can reach the Colosseum. Guests will be able to access the panoramic terrace situated at the ninth floor of the building that offers a breathtaking view of the city. If you have any issues during your stay, don't worry, we will be available for assistance in person or via video call!

The Nomentano district is one of the liveliest in the city, thanks to a young population and the presence of numerous attractions, such as the "La Sapienza" University, the "Umberto I" Polyclinic and the headquarters of many large companies and offices governments. In just eight minutes by metro it is possible to reach the Colosseum, without having to change lines. Other points of interest such as the Vatican, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain can be reached quickly by metro or surface transport. The area is very safe and patrolled day and night by the Police and Carabinieri, as several embassies and government offices are present in the area. The accommodation is not located in a limited traffic area and it is possible to park your car for a fee along the street. Sapienza Suite can be easily reached in just five minutes by metro from the “Termini” and Tiburtina stations, thanks to its proximity to the “Policlinico” metro B stop.
