L'appartamento è molto grazioso, arredamento nuovo, e ben curato. Si compone di una comoda camera con letto matrimoniale, una cucina attrezzata di tutto anche di lavastoviglie, un bagno con una grande e confortevole doccia. Un sala con divano letto matrimoniale, tv e tavolo da pranzo.
L'appartamento si trova in uno dei quartieri più belli di Roma. Il quartiere Testaccio è considerato l'anima popolare di Roma. Testaccio è centralissimo e molto comodo per visitare Roma. Servito dalla metro B (fermata Piramide) da tram e bus che in pochi minuti vi portano a Piazza Venezia,Circo Massimo, Ghetto Ebraico, Isola Tiberina. In 8 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Trastevere, altro famosissimo quartiere romano. Facili i collegamenti con aeroporti e stazione. A 5 minuti dal nuovo mercato Testaccio si può camminare tra i banchi di frutta, pane e carni, un'esplosione di colori e profumi. La sera poi il quartiere cambia pelle diventando uno dei punti nevralgici della movida romana. L'appartamento tuttavia si trova in una via tranquilla a 260 metri si arriva alla Piazza Santa Maria Liberatrice che offre servizi di ogni genere, alimentari, banche, tabacchi bar...Infine Testaccio si distingue per le numerose trattorie romane dove potete gustare tutti i piatti della cucina tipica romana.
