The flat consists of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large balcony with a terrace. The space Living room and kitchen The living room is very large and bright: it consists of a sofa bed and a dining table. Light enters through the long window that gives direct access to the balcony and terrace, formed by a wooden canopy and another table, on which you can enjoy your breakfasts and dinners in the summertime. The kitchen is accessed directly from the living room and is furnished with wooden furniture and has all the necessary appliances. Rooms and bathrooms The flat has three rooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds. In all the rooms the style is enhanced by parquet and white furniture. There are two very spacious bathrooms, both furnished with tiles in the marble pattern. Both are equipped with all the necessary sanitary facilities, but one has a bathtub that can be used as a shower and the other has a shower cubicle. This apartment is provided with a smart lock. You can enter the apartment by yourself, starting from 3:00 p.m. If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m., a surcharge of 30 euros will be applied.
