This delightful 80sqm apartment is located in the historic centre, on the fourth floor of a building without a lift and in a very quiet context, thanks to its internal view. It comfortably accommodates six people. The area is well connected and is the ideal starting point for visiting the main points of interest in the Eternal City on foot or using public transport. The space The internal space is divided as follows: LIVING AREA: double sofa bed, TV and dining area. AC split. KITCHEN: fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric and microwave oven, kettle. BATHROOM 1: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer. BEDROOM 1: double bed and wardrobe. AC split. BEDROOM 2: double bed, TV and wardrobe. BATHROOM 2 (inside bedroom 2): bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Approximately 15 steps lead to an external terrace, equipped with table and chairs. Directly from bedroom 2. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: unlimited wifi, soundproofed windows with grilles, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
