It is the ideal solution for those who travel for work and for those who want to spend a holiday in the center of Rome and easily reach the historical-artistic attractions, the shopping streets and enjoy all the comforts! The space The internal space is divided: LIVING AREA: double sofa bed, smart TV and dining area. AC split. Open kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and various kitchen utensils. BEDROOM 1: double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, desk with chair and wardrobe. AC split. BATHROOM 1 (inside bedroom 1): shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink. BEDROOM 2: two single beds, two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. AC split. BATHROOM 2: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, drying rack and washing machine. Autonomous heating. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
