The room was clean and more spacious than expected with plenty of free amenities are available for use. Late check in was very easy to do through a self service machine (different languages available). Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering Japanese and Western style breakfasts.

Location was good, the staff directed us how to move from and to the hotel, bus service, very kind and appropriate. Breakfast was wonderful, indeed good, it offered variety and so many delicious things. Japanese cuisine is excelent. We were received with a fruit tea, it was so refreshing, that was such a nice detail and was sooooooo good. Thank you. Arigato!!!

Very reachable from Haneda airport! Hopping in a train then change to a bus, that's all. Well off course plus several walks. The hotel is situated on artificial island, designed as megablock where there are offices, mall, garden, convenient stores, laundry, public transport hub; so basically all needs are reachable.

The cleanliness of the room was great.. The triple room was a bit cramped for 3 persons. The helpfulness of the staff was outstanding, although not being able to converse in English was a barrier. Although it was a bit far from the station, having convenience shops within walking distance as well as Team Labs were an absolute plus and life saver.. The daily scrumptious Japanese/Western breakfast was our highlight

Great hotel, lots of amenities. Very nice staff. Good transport links just a short walk to the buses and about 10 mins to the metro Kachadoki. Beware that the foot bridge is currently closed so you need to take the longer route via the road bridge. Not much of a hardship but worth knowing if you're coming with all your luggage as we were! The room was big and well appointed, pyjamas, very comfortable beds, herbal bath soaks can be collected from reception. The breakfast is extensive, a good range of western and Japanese choices. Lots of 'dinner' type food, like noodles, soups, dumplings, chicken nuggets as well as the usual breakfast cereals, eggs, pastries etc.

Location was great. There were 3 convenience stores around us and it was very close for catching public transport. Breakfast offered was perfect to start the day. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay just right. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
